位於西營盤的nggy &現正推出Okinawa Special,並預計會提供至2月尾,其中期間限定的甜品和飲品包括有沖繩紫薯泡盛蛋糕、沖繩Affogato和沖繩香檸咖啡。

 

沖繩紫薯泡盛蛋糕是以紫薯為主調的蛋糕,在濃滑的沖繩紫薯蓉中夾著紫薯杏仁蛋糕,另外還有加上使用了沖繩泡盛和香檸的mascarpone ,最後再表面加上紫薯脆脆,令口感更豐富。

 

沖繩Affogato的Menu名稱為「被沖繩淹沒了」,使用了沖繩海鹽、黑糖和泡盛做出來的雪糕配上特調咖啡。雪糕有點海鹽焦糖的味道,加入沖盛特有的泡盛酒酒後,就令雪糕加上一份清爽和大人的滋味。

Upon purchasing an Okinawa menu item, you will receive a small Okinawa gift! (While supplies last.)
