最近在上環開了一間新的刨冰店「Sososo」，店舖有刨冰和飲品供客人選擇，而製作刨冰和飲品的材料都是由日本直送。店內有採用多種各種沖繩食材，如沖繩香檸汁、沖繩海鹽、沖繩黑糖和沖繩香檸生薑汁等。

店內的刨冰均使用日本水製作，製作刨冰時會加上幾層果汁。另外，店主亦在刨冰內加上蒟蒻、果味或乳酪味爆珠等配料，在刨冰上也會淋上沖繩海鹽芝士奶蓋，令味道更有層次感。在夏天時非常推薦享用沖繩香檸刨冰，酸酸甜甜的味道能令你感到更涼快！

A new shaved ice shop called "Sososo" has recently opened in Sheung Wan. The shop offers shaved ice and beverages for customers to choose from, and the ingredients used in making the shaved ice and beverages are all directly imported from Japan. The shop incorporates a variety of Okinawan ingredients, such as Okinawan shikuwasa juice, Okinawan sea salt, Okinawan brown sugar, and Okinawan shikuwasa ginger juice.

The shaved ice in the shop is made using water from Japan, and several layers of fruit juice are added during the preparation. Additionally, the shop owner adds toppings like konjac, fruit-flavored or cheese-flavored popping pearls to the shaved ice. The shaved ice is also topped with Okinawan sea salt cheese foam, adding a layered taste to the dessert. During the summer, it is highly recommended to try the Okinawan shikuwasa shaved ice, which has a flavor that will help you feel refreshed.
