焦糖海鹽醬
Salted Caramel Sauce

Berry Waffles

Ingredients:

沖繩黑糖粉 50g

水 2湯匙

淡忌廉 8湯匙

沖繩鹽 1撮


【焦糖海鹽醬多士】

麵包 1塊

香蕉 1條

牛油 適量

焦糖海鹽醬 適量



50g Okinawa brown sugar powder

2 tablespoon water

8 tablespoon whipping cream

1 pinch Okinawa salt


【Salted Caramel Sauce Toast】

1 piece toast

1 banana

Butter (appropriate amount)

Salted Caramel Sauce (appropriate amount)

Steps:

  1. 在鍋中倒入沖繩黑糖粉和水。

  2. 黑糖溶化後,開火讓黑糖水煮滾,蒸發少許水份後,倒入淡忌廉,加熱至開始變黏稠為至。

  3. 最後加入沖繩鹽拌勻。


【焦糖海鹽醬多士】

  1. 先烘麵包,然後按照喜好可塗上牛油。

  2. 在麵包上放上已切片的香蕉,最後倒上焦糖海鹽醬。


*焦糖海鹽醬亦可與布甸、水果或雪糕一起享用。



  1. Add Okinawan brown sugar powder and water to a pot.

  2. When the brown sugar is dissolved, turn on the heat and bring to a boil. Once a small amount of water is evaporated, add whipping cream and heat until the sauce is thickened.

  3. Add a pinch of salt to finish off.


【Salted Caramel Sauce Toast】

  1. Lightly toast a piece of toast and spread butter if desired.

  2. Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with the salted caramel sauce.


*It can also be drizzled over pudding, fruits, or mixed with ice cream.
