Shikuwasa Recipe

沖繩香檸咕嚕肉
Shikuwasa Sweet and Sour Pork

Berry Waffles

Ingredients:

豬柳 150g

薯仔 1個

洋蔥 1/2個

鮮菇 2個

青椒 4個


A沖繩香檸汁 1/2杯

A醬油 2湯匙

A砂糖 2湯匙

A茄汁 4湯匙

A太白粉 4湯匙




150g pork fillets

1 potato

1/2 onion

2 shiitake mushrooms

4 bell pepper


A) 1/2 cup 100% shikuwasa juice  

A) 2 tbsp soy sauce  

A) 2 tbsp sugar  

A) 4 tbsp ketchup  

A) 4 tbsp potato starch


Steps:

  1. 豬柳撒鹽,沾太白粉炸。薯仔切成1cm方塊後油炸。

  2. 洋蔥、鮮菇、青椒切成1cm,放入鑊裏,用細火炒。

  3. 在鑊中放入①的豬柳和薯仔,再加將A的材料混合拌勻後放入鑊中,拌炒均匀即可。


  1. Season pork fillets with salt. Dredge in potato starch and deep fry. Also deep fry diced potatoes.

  2. Dice the onion, shiitake mushrooms and bell pepper.

  3. Slowly fry the ingredients in (2) in a pan at low heat.

  4. Put pork and potatoes in (1) into (3). Pour the sauce (mix the ingredients marked as <A> beforehand) into the pan, and mix until the ingredients are completely covered with the sauce.
