Sea grapes
Sea Grapes are a special product in Okinawa, also known as "Green Caviar". To enjoy the interesting taste of sea grapes, you can serve them with vinegar soy sauce or use as a sushi topping. When you bite into these little green grains, they give you a taste of the sea. You can also enjoy them with sashimi like tuna or with other seafood, to improve the visual impact when plating your food.
Sea grapes can be easily damaged when they are in a place which is too hot or too cold, they are not suitable for placing at temperatures above 30 degrees or below 20 degrees for long periods of time. Please store them at room temperature and consume them as soon as possible.

Mozuku seaweed
Mozuku is one of the popular seaweeds in Japan, which has a unique slimy texture. The slimy surface is rich in fucoidan. It is said that fucoidan has an antibacterial function, strengthens the immune system, and balances intestinal health. It is a low calorie and healthy food that is commonly served as a side dish called "sunomono," a Japanese vinegar-based dish.

Asa seaweed
Asa is rich in potassium which assists in the elimination of excess salts in the body and calcium that prevents high blood pressure, arterial sclerosis, osteoporosis and also promotes calming of the nerves. It also contains high beta-carotene that has an excellent antioxidant effect, and dietary fibers that regulate intestinal function and boost the immune system. Asa seaweed is commonly used by Okinawans as an ingredient for soups and tempura.
