什錦糯米飯
Gomoku Okowa
材料 | Ingredients:
糯米 2杯
番薯 50g
紅蘿蔔 50g
沖繩水雲 80g
雞胸肉 1/2塊
薑 10g
水 360cc
砂糖 1湯匙
蠔油 1湯匙
雞粉 4.5g
淡醬油 1湯匙
麻油 1/2湯匙
2 cups (150g) glutinous rice
50g sweet potato
50g carrot
80g Okinawa mozuku
1/2 piece chicken thigh
10g ginger
360cc water
■Seasoning (*)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4.5g chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
步驟 | Steps:
糯米洗後放在篩中去除多餘水份後備用。
沖繩水雲用剪刀剪成小份。
紅蘿蔔和番薯去皮後切成5mm的小粒,薑去皮後切成細絲,雞胸肉切成約1cm闊的小粒備用。
在電飯煲中放入所有食材和調味料,再加水煮熟。

After removing the salt from Mozuku, cut it into small pieces with scissors.
Peel the carrot and sweet potato, and cut them into 5 mm cubes. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. Roughly chop the chicken thighs into 1 cm pieces.
Put the glutinous rice, ingredients from step ② and ③, seasonings (*), and water in a rice cooker to cook.
